Southern Utah Practical Shooting Range

Open every day of the week, we offer 26 shooting bays for pistol, rifle and shotgun shooting.  Most bays have shade. We also have a classroom building and covered pavilion with shooting positions. We offer free training every Wednesday night, and we have handgun ,multi-gun, and rimfire shooting matches every Tuesday, Saturday and most Sundays.

Red Cliffs Rifle/Pistol Range

We have 24 covered shooting stations with ranges up to 200 yards. Come shoot your rifle, pistol, or shotgun with bench rest shooting. All ages welcome: individual, family, small or large groups. NRA certified Range Safety Officers provide a safe shooting environment. Visit our website for days and hours of operation.

Archery (RedRock Bowmen)

Range is open to the public on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. Practice targets are set up from 20 to 80 yards; and a field range with 14 other targets. We have bows and arrows for the youth and some competition bows for adults. We have eight 3-D shoots a year for members. If you want a sport the whole family can participate in, you have it at the archery venue.

Cowboy Action (Dixie Desperados)

Cowbow Action Shooting. We shoot the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. We shoot single-action revolvers, lever rifles, and shotguns (1880s period weapons). We dress in the Old West period outfits. Contact us for new shooter training and demonstration, including "Greenhorn Days" where we provide all the guns, gear and ammo.

Blackpowder (High Valley Mountain Men)

Muzzleloader, rifle, pistols, inlines welcome. Black powder, round ball. We shoot 3rd Saturdays of every month. For more information call (435) 439-5233.
